I took this is the first year of college (2009- so long ago why am i so old) in IT from my window in block 7 and it’s crappy quality because I took it on a crappy phone. But college was so good and everything that reminds me of college makes me sad :-(

I’m not sure what exactly I have just created in the kitchen but I was attempting to make macarons but I got a bit of yolk in my egg whites and I didn’t have enough eggs to start over so I put the rest of the yolks, the ground almonds and icing sugar in as well and then guessed an amount of flour then put the mixture in cupcake cases and in the oven
they overflowed and I got burnt mixture all over the oven, i thought it was a failure
but they taste delicious!!!!!
they’re like cakes but with a meringue top
how have I even done this.. I needed to tell the world about my accidental creation
